From Wellington, Exit on I-25: Go 5.5 miles west, south and west on HWY 1 to CR15; 1 mile north on CR15 to CR60; then 1/4 miles west on LaVina Dr. North on LaVina Dr. to the lake.

With 531 areas and an elevation around 5,225 this reservoir is one of Northern Colorado’s recreation spot for activities such as boating, fishing, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking. water skiing, sailing and picnicking.

Colorado’s only nationally designated “Wild & Scenic” River. A popular summer destination for fly fishing, whitewater rafting, tubing, and kayaking.
