Chairman’s Award - Wellington Middle School

(Alicia Durand, Principal) “Christie has been with us for 17 years as a health tech, McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance coordinator and Eagles After Hours programs. She is the reason we have these programs. We shared a vision for after hours and she made it happen! She is humble, hardworking and dedicated to making things happen for all kids. She has an iron will when it comes to finding support for the program and quite simply will not give up. She is quite extraordinary”. Thank you, Christie, for your endless contributions to our young people and their families in Wellington.
