Sponsorship Opportunities

With the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce

Annual events provide great exposure for our sponsors and allow the Chamber to generously donate back into the community!!

CHAMBER 2 ROUNDS’ WELLINGTON’S ANNUAL DISC GOLF TOURNAMENT

(Late Summer / Early Fall)
Sponsorships range anywhere from $50 – $300

This tournament is held once a year at Wellington’s Disc Golf Course, located at 3rd Street and Mt. Oxford Street. Proceeds are donated to benefit a local organization, future course maintenance and the Wellington Area Chamber Of Commerce.

DINNER MEETING, AWARDS CEREMONY & SILENT AND LIVE AUCTIONS BENEFITING A LOCAL ORGANIZATION EACH YEAR

(October)
Sponsorships range anywhere from $150 – $1,000+

This is the Chamber’s October Business After Hours. The annual event includes an elegant dinner, networking opportunities, a silent and live auction, awards ceremony, and brief “year-in-review” meeting. Proceeds from the event benefit the Chamber, as well as local non-profit organizations.

Volunteer Opportunities

Support Your Chamber and Community by Volunteering

ANNUAL DINNER & MEETING: (1 -3 hours a month, up to day of event in October)

Join us for our Annual Dinner Planning Meetings prior to the event and the day of. As the event gets closer the meetings are held once a week to provide brief updates. Your time provided would include recruiting sponsorships, donation items, event planning, the organization of auction items, set up and take down the night of the event.

CHAMBER 2 ROUNDS: (3-6 hours from July-September)

Your time provided would include recruiting sponsorships and their marketing materials, distribution of fliers, set up and take down, and serving lunch the day of the event.

TRICK-OR-TREAT DOWN MAIN STREET & BEYOND

(1 -2 hours once a year from September – October)

Prior to Halloween day pumpkin fliers are distributed to all the storefronts participating from 1st Street, Cleveland Avenue and 6th Street in Wellington. As well as handing out candy from 3 pm to 5 pm Halloween day at the Chamber’s office.

JULY 4th: (3-6 hours from June – July

Your time provided would include recruiting membership banners, set up and take down of Chamber float and judging during the parade on July 4th in the morning.

WELLINGTON WELCOME PACKETS:

(3-5 hours every 6 months)

About 200 packets are assembled every 6 months. Your time provided would include recruiting marketing materials from members and the day of assembling the packets.

As the State gradually opens and reduces restrictions amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce will again post events to our calendar.
