Thank you to all of our members for caring enough to take the time to give us direct feedback about what the Chamber is doing for you and areas where we can improve. We take your feedback seriously and listen to each of you. The Board discussed the findings and more importantly, discussed 2 to 3 priorities we could act on as a direct response to your feedback.

Some of the take-aways from your feedback were:
-Find ways we can help promote your business more and create more visibility overall
-Find ways to promote our Home- Based Businesses that don’t have a “storefront”
-Share more of the benefits of membership levels so people are clear on what they are getting from the Chamber
-Members want us more engaged in local town issues that impact businesses and we are evaluating ways to do this with the consideration of the current level of resources and staff we have on hand from a capacity perspective
You scored us as Value we Bring to your Business as a 3.7 out of 5.0, which is up from a score of 3.4 last year.
A good signal that we are moving up in the perceived value that we bring, but clearly, we can still do more, and we are committed to doing just that.
